Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire home along the baseboards as a preventative for general pest. Next I applied an aerosol treatment throughout all areas where carpeted was present and underneath furniture. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termites every visit moving forward. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed the interior portion of your premium plus pest control quarterly service. I treated throughout the whole home at the baseboards, including the basement with a liquid residual for general insect control. I inspected and replaced glue traps as needed. Most of them were just dirty. Some had a few random insects on them, But nothing to concerning. I inspected all of the rodent stations. The interior rodent stations had no activity at all. I replaced bait as needed due to age and other circumstances. I maintained the exterior rodent stations. All three had minimal activity. I replaced the bait in all three stations. I inspected the termite monitors and they had no activity. The one on the right rear corner was missing so I replaced it. Good morning Today I completed your pest control initial treatment. Your wife reported that there is a rodent digging holes in the yard and had some rodent activity when you first moved in a year ago. I placed rodent stations in the kitchen and basement pantry /utility room. I inspected the exterior of the home for entry points. I did not find any at this time. I placed 2 small rodent stations in the attached shed, as well as placing large rodent stations on the exterior of the home to deter rodents from entering the home. I treated the exterior around the foundation, windows and doors with a liquid residual for general insect control. You may see an increase in activity before it decreases. Good morning today I completed your Premium pest Control quarterly service. You reported still seeing droppings in the living area and kitchen. I inspected all of the rodent stations throughout the home. 2 of the bedrooms, the living area the kitchen and the back part of the basement by the bathroom, the washer and front right side of the basement had activity. I refilled all of the bait as needed. I maintained the exterior rodent stations. They had minimal activity. I refilled them and moved them to gain possible activity. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. I filled any little hole that I could fit the tip of my pinky in. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of general insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results.
