Hi William, it was a pleasure meeting you this morning! Today I completed your premium pest initial service for earwigs. Upon arrival we spoke about seeing a couple inside the house. We stuck with treating the exterior today. I started by removing visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control quarterly service. You reported that two mice were in the second floor, Also be out in the yard in the soil, and tiny little bugs on the inside. I treated the yellow jackets nest with a liquid residual and crushed the nest underneath the soil. You still may have activity up to five days after three the activity should be a few stragglers at best. The little microscopic bugs were springtails. I treated throughout the interior with a liquid residual and replaced all of the glue traps. I inspected all of the interior rodent stations. There was no activity on the third floor, a few of the stations in the basement had some activity. I maintain the exterior rodent stations. They hardly touched this time. I will schedule a two week follow up to come back and check again. I inspected the termite monitors and they had no signs of termites at this time. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwe

I applied a liquid treatment to your kitchen, back room, upstairs and downstairs bathroom baseboard for ants, spiders and other general pests. Then I performed another visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed the interior portion of your premium plus pest control quarterly service. I treated throughout the whole home at the baseboards, including the basement with a liquid residual for general insect control. I inspected and replaced glue traps as needed. Most of them were just dirty. Some had a few random insects on them, But nothing to concerning. I inspected all of the rodent stations. The interior rodent stations had no activity at all. I replaced bait as needed due to age and other circumstances. I maintained the exterior rodent stations. All three had minimal activity. I replaced the bait in all three stations. I inspected the termite monitors and they had no activity. The one on the right rear corner was missing so I replaced it.
