Good afternoon. Today I completed your one time service for yellow jackets. I treated the yellow jacket nest that they were flying into near the eaves of the roof. I also treated and removed a few paper wasp nests on the porch as well. I scrapped off a few mud dauber off the porch as well. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting the basement and all rodent bait stations. Heavy feeding in all stations. I replenished all bait. I also replaced all glue boards. Garage bait stations had heavy feeding, I replenished all bait. The guest house had minor insect activity, I replaced all glue boards. On the exterior, all rodent bait stations had heavy feeding, I replenished all bait. A liquid treatment was applied to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Good afternoon Dezi. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. You mentioned a yellow jacket nest out front of the home near the well going into the ground. No other issues or interior issues at this time. I started off inspecting the exterior. I recommend trimming back some of the vegetation away from the house. This creates co device conditions for rodent and insects. I then inspected for termites. No termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all four corners of the home, we will inspect these every quarterly visit. I applied a liquid treatment to the ground yellow jacket nest. Please avoid the area for a few days, the yellow jackets are agitated and will sting. I didn’t apply and treatment to the foundation by your request. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting and replenishing all bait stations in the basement. Heavy feeding at this time. Most of the stations were empty. I then replenished the bait stations in the garage. Heavy feeding in there as well. In the guest house, I replaced all glue boards. Minor activity at this time. I applied a general liquid treatment to the perimeter of the guest house as well. On the exterior, both rodent bait stations had heavy feeding. All bait was replenished. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Finally, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. Just one of the three bait stations had heavy feeding. The rest had light to no feeding. I replenished all bait. I didn’t apply any liquid treatment today due to rain. I did however, applied a water activated granular bait around the foundation to help control seasonal pests al pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
