Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. Mr mentioned no issues inside. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. I then inspected termite monitors. No termite activity at this time. I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Also removed an old wasp nest above the garage door. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation ration to help control seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting the exterior. There is a lot of vegetation touching the front and side of the house. Recommend trimming it back at least one foot to reduce the conducive conditions for insects and rodents. I then inspected and replenished the exterior bait stations. All stations had heavy feeding. All bait was gone. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. On todays visit I treated exterior. Applied liquid application around windows and doors as a preventative measure against seasonal pest invader activity. I ensured to treat the cracks and crevices, so as to make sure treatment is not affected by weather conditions. I also took down spider webs around property, replenished rodent bait stations (heavy feeding) and plugged a hole in side of house by driveway and stairs with copper mesh. Please consult a hardware store about how to repair this permanently. Please allow 2 to 3 hours dry time for liquid applications and 10 to 14 days for treatment to take full effect.
