Good afternoon today I completed your Premium pest Control quarterly service. I inspected the rodent stations in the laundry room and garage. No activity in any of them. I replaced all of the bait. I maintained the exterior rodent station. It had heavy activity. I refilled the bait. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of general insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Today I completed a service call for interior exterior treatment. I treated the first floor, garage and basement with a liquid residual at the baseboard level for spiders, crickets and general insect control. I inspected the interior rodent stations. Only one had some minor activity. I replaced all of the bait. I inspected the exterior the termite monitors and dusted for cobwebs. There was no termite activity. I did find the activity on the left side of the house going into the top of the bay window. I treated it with a liquid residual. Today I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. It was nice meeting you today, and thank you for showing me all your areas of concern. For ants, I applied an ant gel along rear sliding door, along kitchen counters, and fireplace. Also ant gel baited arenas were left on kitchen counters to be moved where ants are being seen. After looking up in attic from a ladder no signs of the Yellowjacket nest that was previously removed, was found up there. An aerosol was applied to top step of basement per your request, to keep any basement insects, from entering kitchen. A Weber pole was used to knock down spider webs, various bee nests in garage and on the exterior. A liquid residual application was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. With our focus being on all soffits and eaves for bees. 4 termite monitors were installed on every corner, these will monitor any termite activity and will be inspected on future visits.
