On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations. Station in back of house had light feeding and station on right side of house was empty upon opening. Good morning, Nice to meet you today. I was here at your rental property. After my I inspection I noticed mouse droppings in the basement and second level unit. Roaches were found in first floor unit around the kitchen sink due to leak underneath. I highly recommend to fix leak and remove mold/damaged cabinets. For the rodents I placed bait stations to exterior, basement, kitchen and attic. Very important to put away food. I found old food laying on the floor in upstairs unit. It’s recommended to place food they can get to in sealed plastic bind. I also recommend decluttering to limit nesting. For the roaches I placed a combination of bait products where they were found. On the exterior I applied a liquid repellent for general pests, treatment was not made to vegetable gardens. I installed termite bait stations to the perimeter. No live evidence was found at this time. We will be back in 30 days for the next service. Activity will decrease slowly over time. Thank you for choosing green
