I was excited to see how thoroughly Keith treated the yellow jacket nest in my back yard. I appreciated the information about the interior traps. After our first month with Green Pest Solutions, we’re seeing far less ants roaming the house. I am glad they do house calls in between treatments for problem insects.

The rodent bait stations had very light feeding. I replenished all bait. A liquid treatment was applied to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Good afternoon Brian. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. No current issues just general pest control. I started off inspecting the kitchen area. No current issues with the kitchen. I then headed to basement. Existing rodent bait stations are the same exact stations as green pest uses. I updated all baits in each station. No other issues to report in the basement. I then inspected the garage. I noticed both garage door weather seals are damaged and partially missing. I recommend replacing them. The his could possibly be the entry point for mice. On the exterior, I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I placed one of green pest rodent bait stations behind the AC unit. Good morning Brittany. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s target issue is with mice and boxelder bugs. I started off inspecting the basement. I observed mice droppings in the unfinished rooms in the basement. I placed rodent bait stations along the sill plate on each room and along the ledge of the walls. In the kitchen. I inspected all cabinets. A few mice droppings was observed. I placed rodent bait station under the lazy Susan. I would remove your existing trap while ours is in place. On the exterior, I installed termite monitors at each corner of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. No termite activity at this time. I didn’t find any obvious openings for rodents. I can’t see under the front porch or deck for any possible openings. I placed a rodent bait station behind the HVAC unit. I then applied a liquid application to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I also spot treated for the box
On today’s visit, I treated and inspected kitchen and exterior. I began by inspecting exterior for any issues. I saw heavy boxelder bug activity by front left of house and I treated accordingly. I applied a liquid application against boxelder bugs and other seasonal insects. After this, I replenished exterior rodent stations and there was moderate feeding in the stations. I then replenished and put glue boards in kitchen windows to catch the boxelder bugs; also, leaving 3 extra to replace when needed. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I started by inspecting a treating and the exterior. No visible issues to report. I knocked down all visible webbing on the exterior perimeter. I inspected and replenished all three exterior bait stations. Heavy feeding on all stations. I also inspected the shed for rodent activity. The existing bait station had no bait left. I added fresh bait there and added two additional bait stations to give you more coverage in the shed. I also treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate Boxelder bugs in all seasonal insects that may arise. On the interior, I inspected all bait stations. Minimal feeding with the exception of one station in the kitchen, which had heavy feeding. I did add fresh bait to each. I also treated the interior for Boxelder bugs. I applied a liquid residual solution to the affected areas, including all window, trim, and door trim. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best result
On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application underneath back deck for possible wasps, along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait station. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect.
