only receiving outdoor service tried to set up schedule several times with no change .no one is home on day of service so inside of home not getting done .however i am being billed for it

I installed four termite monitors at the four corners of the home on the exterior to monitor termite activity. I applied roach gel bait to cracks and crevices in the kitchen basement and bathroom for road activity. I placed six roach bait stations throughout the home to help mitigate roach activity. I applied an insect growth regulator in aerosol form to cracks and crevices in the kitchen to mitigate the roach population. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. I added another bait station like you asked and checked and replenished the other bait stations. Today I completed your one time service for ants, roaches, and spiders. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of areas of concern, I spot treated the basement for spiders, earwigs and roaches with a liquid application. I placed glue boards in basement as well for monitoring purposes. Per your concern for ants and roaches in kitchen and bathroom, roach and ant arenas were placed in both areas. Ant gel was applied around both windows (above kitchen sink and in bathroom). Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in any activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. I treated the interior and exterior of the home with a liquid residual for cockroach and general insect prevention. Termite monitors were installed around the exterior.
