only receiving outdoor service tried to set up schedule several times with no change .no one is home on day of service so inside of home not getting done .however i am being billed for it

Johnny M. the technician went above and beyond during my visit today. Green pest is so fortunate to have such a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring employee on your team! Good help is hard to find now but you hit the lottery with him! Absolutely amazing!!!

Hello! Today I completed your initial quarterly service. The activity shown to me appeared to be either a wood cockroach or an American cockroach. I treated the interior and exterior of the home with a liquid residual for cockroach and general insect prevention. Termite monitors were installed around the exterior. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. Please allow 10-14 days for best results and thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions!
Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for ants in your bathroom and child’s bedroom, an ant gel was applied in both rooms. Ant gel baited arenas were also left in both rooms to be moved wherever ants are being seen. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. A carpenter ant bait was sprinkled around the exterior in mulch beds, around nearby bushes and trees. A Weber pole duster was used to knock spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. Hello! Today I completed your premium quarterly service for general pest control and as we spoke you did say the issues in the interior was getting better. The ants were trailing behind the exterior rear door entrance to the kitchen.so I started with the exterior by knocking down all webs seen on my inspection. I also replenished the rodents bait station which had maximum rodents activities and I also treated the whole exterior foundation by applying a liquid residual for general pest control and preventative. Today I completed your termite Sentricon initial pest control service. After an inspection of the crawlspace, interior and exterior of home, no active termites was found today, but damage was found in kitchen area(home is being remodeled) under window. 12 Sentricon termite baited stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home.
