Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control. Initial service. You reported fleas as your major concern at the moment. We also spoke about the termite history of the home that it has not had any termite issues. I did not find any termite activity as well. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home to be checked at every quarterly service. I treated the whole interior with a liquid residual containing a “IGR” insect growth regulator to kill control fleas. It may take some time for the lifecycle of the fleas to aid in controlling the fleas sometimes a little more than 2 months. I inspected the exterior of the home for any possible entry points. None were found. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs then I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect control. I placed rodent stations in the areas plus the crawlspace and garage. Home has had termite activity in the past it was mitigated and does not have any termite activity at this time. Have the exterior penetrations repaired. The crawlspace is wide open and the mice could easily get in and out. Crawlspace vent needs to be replaced or re-screened, and the garage door needs to be adjusted or just have the rubber seal at the bottom replaced so rodents cannot gain entry. Please termite monitors at the corners of the home. I also placed large rodent stations on the exterior of the home on either side. I filled quite a few entry points that I could. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for ant spiders and general insect control. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. I advised that
