When I started with Green Pest about 1 year ago I had Daniel as my serviceman and he was great. He took the time to talk to me about our needs, he was thorough when addressing both the inside and outside of my home and he went around the entire house and cleared all the cobwebs.......much of this didn’t happen with my service yesterday and no cobwebs were cleared outside of the our home.

Good morning Today I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. You reported a mouse cane from the kitchen on Saturday and got caught on a glue trap. I inspected all of the rodent stations. No activity on the main floor. The ones in the crawlspace had some activity. I replaced the bait in all 4 and added another station. I filled a entry point under the sink area in the crawl space. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. The crawlspace vent on the right side of the home has some screening missing and can be an entry point. I advised on what to use to fill areas. I maintained the exterior rodent stations and they had minimal activity at this time. I replaced the bait in all 3. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of seasonal insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Today I completed your termite inspection and Sentricon bait station installation. After an inspection of your crawlspace, garage, and exterior, termite damage and mud tubes were found on rear wooden fence. A Sentricon AG station was installed on that damaged area for monitoring and control purposes. We will return in a month to see if there is any additional activity. Also 18 Sentricon HD stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home and one station was placed beside fence where termite mudtubes were found. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. During my inspection, I found exterior bait station to left of home to be empty. I moved right exterior bait station in front of gate and saw it had no activity. I removed and replenished bait to both exterior bait stations. We spoke about flies under deck. I recommend keeping any organic debris cleaned up. I treated under deck with a liquid residual. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I applied a liquid residual throughout the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows and per customer request main areas of concern in the interior of your home targeting general pests. I placed two bait stations on the opposite ends of the garage door. I placed an exterior rodent control device on the right side of your home to monitor rodent activity. It is a nowhere structure and has never had any termite history or activity. no termite activity at this time your concerns are general insect and mice.
