Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. No current interior issues. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. I also treated the foundation of the barn as well. All visible cobwebs were removed from doors and windows. On todays visit, I inspected and treated exterior. I began by inspecting termite monitors and no activity at this time. After this, I replaced 2 damaged monitors. I then applied a liquid application along exterior foundation and replenished exterior rodent bait stations; which had heavy feeding. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior of house. I began by inspecting the property for any issues and I am pleased to report no issues at this time. After this, I applied a liquid application to exterior foundation against seasonal insects and replenished exterior rodent bait stations; 1 on right side of house and 1 in back of house. I fully replenished the bait. The termite monitors had no termite activity at this time. The detached garage had moderate feeding in the exterior stations. The interior rodent stations had moderate feeding, all bait was replenished. I then inspected the shed. The bait station above the door had heavy feeding, the station on the ground had moderate. I moved the station above on the corner of the sill plate. On the interior, the rodent bait stations in the garage had moderate feeding, I replenished the bait. Station in the utility closet had no feeding. The kitchen station had no feeding as well. In the attic, all stations had moderate to heavy feeding. I replenished all bait. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is mice. I started off inspecting the interior, place rodent bait stations in the attic and replenished the existing bait station in the attic. I observed mice droppings in the attic. I then placed a rodent bait stations in the utility room closet along the sill plate. I also placed stations underneath the kitchen sink where I saw mice droppings. I then headed to the garage and place rodent bait stations at the corner of the garage doors. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station on each side of the home. I removed a previous pest control companies station. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. I also installed termite monitors which we will inspect every quarterly visit.
