Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is mice. I started off inspecting the interior, place rodent bait stations in the attic and replenished the existing bait station in the attic. I observed mice droppings in the attic. I then placed a rodent bait stations in the utility room closet along the sill plate. I also placed stations underneath the kitchen sink where I saw mice droppings. I then headed to the garage and place rodent bait stations at the corner of the garage doors. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station on each side of the home. I removed a previous pest control companies station. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. I also installed termite monitors which we will inspect every quarterly visit. No termite activity at this time. I also placed rodent bait stations inside the detached shed and detached garage as well. Detached garage I also placed a rodent bait station on the o
