Hello, it was great meeting you this afternoon! Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service for rats. Upon arrival you showed me an old interior bait station that was chewed up by rats, in the kitchen pantry. We also found a hole chewed in the back right of basement. I installed 3 rat trust traps: 1 in pantry to bottom left corner 1 to back right of basement next to hole 1 behind washer Please keep an eye on these and re-bait them if needed over this next week. I will add a note to schedule a 1-week follow up. I started exterior treatment by inspecting for possible entry points and could not locate any at this time. I removed cobwebs from exterior of home and installed termite monitors to each corner of home. I also installed an exterior bait station to right side of back door, behind bushes. I treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. Aside from the follow up, we will be back in 30
On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished the exterior rodent bait station by right side of house. The station was empty. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect.
