Today I completed your premium plus initial service. I installed termite monitors on the outside of your home, we will monitor for activity level. I then knocked down all visible cobwebs on the outside of your home. Areas of concern were inspected and no mice dripping was found by the sunroom and there was no activity on any of the previous mice bait stations. I placed mice bait station in the garage as well as the sunroom, we will check for activity level on the next visit. I then inspected and replenished the outside stations there was only activity by the station near the garbage cans. I did add one more to the front of the home behind the bushes. I also, applied a granular by the tree on the front to help eliminate ants. A liquid residual application was applied to all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pests activity from getting inside. I found an entry point by the HVAC unit and seal it with copper mesh. Please allow
Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. By request I treated the foyer inside the home for ants. You mentioned still seeing small house ants still. I applied a gel bait in the cracks and crevices near the baseboard and by the front door. On the exterior, according to our notes, I added a rodent bait stations behind the AC u it to help with rodent control. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows.
