We recently had an issue with a yellow jacket infestation that actually chewed the sheetrock and into the bedroom. We called a couple of other businesses and didn't even get a response back. When we called GreenPest they came out within a few hours. Our tech Martin was the most efficient and courteous person we could have asked for, cleaning up after himself and leaving our room spotless. We have already passed on his information to others that were looking for a good and very reasonable company and will not hesitate using them again in the future. I treated the exterior of your property with a broad spectrum liquid residual to prevent pests from entering your property such as ants and bees. I also treated all eaves around the property for yellow jackets. As I was treating the exterior I knocked down webs and nests as well I performed a visual inspection of the exterior and I installed 4 termite monitors at each corner of the house. I treated all baseboards in the basement with the liquid residual. I also placed for MBS rodent stations and unfinished basement and crawlspace. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your basement, throughout home and exterior, the main issue appears to be earwigs, silverfish, and spiders in basement. Glue boards were placed throughout home for monitoring purposes. A liquid residual treatment was applied throughout the interior. And another was applied around the exterior perimeter for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I I placed 8 MBS interior throughout the basement, kitchen and crawlspace to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I placed six snap traps throughout the basement to monitor road activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I noticed a couple of exterior possible entry points that I placed copper mesh in the area. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. next, I placed two exterior RBS around the property to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity moving forward. I highly recommend you clean up all old droppings and all debris interior
