I spot treated the hole above the back door with an instant kill product and a long lasting residual solution to make sure once they die they stay gone. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced interior exterior home. Started off by removing visible spiderwebs, and inspecting termite monitors. Happy to report, no termite activity was found. Replaced two missing monitors at this time. Next, a liquid application was applied along exterior foundation, and around doors and windows to help control General pest activity. On interior, liquid application was applied along baseboards throughout entire home to help control ant and general pest activity. Today, we began your Premium Plus Pest Control Program We began by removing visible spider webs around the exterior of the home, followed by the application of a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Additionally, termite monitors were installed at each corner of the home to aid in early detection of termite activity. Treated interior for ants using a liquid residual. Treated interior and exterior for rodents using rodent bait stations (4 inside and 2 outside). Sealed up possible rodent entry point with copper mesh. Today I completed your premium plus initial service. I inspected all areas of concern and spot treated the basement as well as all windows for spider and insect prevention. I then placed glue traps in the basement to help monitor for activity. On the outside of your home I placed four termite monitors, we will check these on every visit. I also, applied a different liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will also help prevent ants and other seasonal pest from getting indoors. I put down a moisture activated granular around the exterior perimeter to help deter the spiders. I recommend trimming all overgrown vegetation one foot back. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service.I inspected the termite monitors and found no activity at this time. I installed two missing termite monitors and one top cap as well. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home for general pest control. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation around windows and doors of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
