I had the pleasure of working with Angel and I am in awe with the service that has been provided to me by Angel and Green Pest Solutions. He is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and skilled at his job. He displayed professionalism from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain the treatment process and made sure I understood the steps he was taking to address my concerns. Angel carefully inspected the interior and exterior of my home. Keith Coleman from Green Pest Solutions was super friendly and very informative. He came out quick and did the treatment throughly after explaining everything. He even pointed out a few spots and things I should do to minimize insects and rodents. Something which the company we had used in the past did not do. As a person that is new to having a house to maintain I greatly appreciated the caring nature and advice this gentleman provided. It was a pleasure speaking with you today. I continued your Premium Plus Pest Control Program by first removing visible spider webs around the exterior of the home, followed by the application of a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Additionally, I checked the termite monitors that were previously installed at each corner of the home. At this time, no termite activity was observed. Replaced exterior rodent bait. Mild activity found. Changed out old glue boards in basement and place a couple in pantry. Treated basement for cricket. Please allow 10–14 days to see a decrease in activity. Today I completed premium pest control service. I inspected and treated the exterior. Some ant trails observed at the front and back of the home. I apply a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation, including near the garage. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior of apartment unit. Heavy roach activity found throughout unit, but primarily in kitchen. Applied a liquid application along baseboards throughout entire unit, all empty cabinets and drawers in kitchen and bathroom, as well as in storage cabinet in sofa, and entertainment center to help control roach activity. Gel bait was also applied to cracks and crevices throughout kitchen, bathroom, cabinets, and corners of bedroom, bathroom, and closet doors where heavy fecal matter was observed. I inspected the interior exterior and found no signs of termite or rodent activity at this time. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home along the baseboards And windowsills for springtails and general pest control. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows, the underside of the back deck and side of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
