Keith Coleman from Green Pest Solutions was super friendly and very informative. He came out quick and did the treatment throughly after explaining everything. He even pointed out a few spots and things I should do to minimize insects and rodents. Something which the company we had used in the past did not do. As a person that is new to having a house to maintain I greatly appreciated the caring nature and advice this gentleman provided. Keith was professional and made us feel comfortable that everything is taken care off. Took his time to walkthrough all part of the house and carefully examine for any sign of mice droppings and entry points. Setup traps and also sprayed the exterior of the house to keep pest at bay. Highly recommend them.

Good afternoon, Pedro Today’s visit treated the exterior the home. Unfortunately, the tenant did not respond to your phone calls nor respond to mine. I treated and inspected the exterior only today. I knocked out any visible webbing at the front of the home and applied a liquid residual solution to the front of the home. This will help eliminate ants and any other seasonal insects that move through the area. As discussed, I will set up a service call to treat the interior thank you for choosing Green Pest solutions!
Today I completed your premium plus service. I started by inspecting a termite monitors no current activity. Treated the interior for roaches. I applied a liquid residual solution to the kitchen and bath perimeter. Also swapped out any used glue boards. Heavy roach activity observed. Next, treated the exterior of the home for all general insects and carpenter bees. I applied a liquid residual solution to the entire exterior foundation of the home. I also treated the tiki bar for carpenter bees. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. I also replenished your exterior bait stations. All bait was consumed. I did add fresh bait. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a preventative measure against pest activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations (light feeding). Also, removed all visible spider webs around home.
