Keith Coleman from Green Pest Solutions was super friendly and very informative. He came out quick and did the treatment throughly after explaining everything. He even pointed out a few spots and things I should do to minimize insects and rodents. Something which the company we had used in the past did not do. Keith was professional and made us feel comfortable that everything is taken care off. Took his time to walkthrough all part of the house and carefully examine for any sign of mice droppings and entry points. Setup traps and also sprayed the exterior of the house to keep pest at bay. Highly recommend them.

Next, I removed all visible webbing from the property and added fresh bait to your exterior bait stations. There was moderate feeding. I also applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation. This will help eliminate all seasonal insects that may arise. Today I completed your termite sentricon service. I inspected all the areas of concern and found the areas where termites are damaging your home. The termites are feeding onto the floors by the dinning room. I installed two above ground stations on the damage areas on the floors. Please very careful walking around these areas, we don’t want anyone to fall and trip. These stations will help prevent and eliminate the termites. I also, installed 13 total termite sentricon stations on the exterior of your home. Please allow 90 days to see best results. It is very important that you clean up all the dead termite workers as well as the wings so the next time we come out we can be able to tell if there is recent activity or not. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I spoke to the customer he mentioned that he has seen a few roaches in the kitchen cabinets and that he has not gotten a chance to empty out his cabinets. I applied a liquid residual application to the outside around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I then used a different liquid residual application indoors to help eliminate the roach activity. This also helps with other seasonal pests. All previous roach stations were replenished with fresh roach bait. I also, left some glue traps as requested.
