Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I replenished exterior rodent stations as needed. Hello! Today I completed your initial pest control service. For the mice concern I inspection the home and found the bilco doors are damaged and there was dogfood bags in the basement that were ripped open. I installed mouse bait stations to the bilco doors as well as snap traps in the basement on the ledges. An exterior bait station was installed next to the bilco doors. I installed your termite monitors and treated the exterior of the home for general insect prevention. A one week follow up is required to stay on top of the issue at hand. Today I completed your quarterly premium plus service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. With our focus being on all soffits and eaves for stink bugs. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. The termite monitors were inspected, no signs of termites were found. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. The stump where European hornets were nesting previously was also inspected. No active signs were found. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. Today I completed your one time service for hornets. The nest in rear tree is indeed a bald faced hornets. It was treated with an aerosol and then a liquid residual application. Then it was knocked down and removed. As advised, you will see some remaining hornets hanging around, please stay away from this area over the next day or so for these hornets may be agitated.
