Hello, it was nice meeting you this morning! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for carpenter ants. Upon arrival we spoke about activity levels and areas of concern. During my inspection, we saw several carpenter ants on kitchen counter. You also mentioned seeing them in the bathroom, but non was see during this visit. I also found a carpenter bee burrow on back porch where grill is. I applied an ant gel to cracks and crevices on kitchen counter and window. I started exterior treatment by removing visible and accessible cobwebs and installed termite monitors to 4-corners of home. I treated exterior perimeter of home and burrow on back porch with a liquid residual for general pests, carpenter ants and carpenter bees. I also applied a granular bait for carpenter ants to trees on left side of home. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. We will be back in 30-days for your first quarterly service. Hello! Today I completed your initial pest control service. For the mice concern I inspection the home and found the bilco doors are damaged and there was dogfood bags in the basement that were ripped open. I installed mouse bait stations to the bilco doors as well as snap traps in the basement on the ledges. An exterior bait station was installed next to the bilco doors. I installed your termite monitors and treated the exterior of the home for general insect prevention. A one week follow up is required to stay on top of the issue at hand.
