Johnny did an excellent job. He was able to squeeze behind our ac unit and thoroughly check for any rodent openings. Sprayed diligently around perimeter, ensuring bottomed siding was sprayed. Very professional and informative. Out of all the techs that have come by to do the maintenance, Johnny was the best. Very detailed in the service provided.

Hello, today I was here for your initial pest control service. First, we performed a thorough inspection around the exterior and noticed there were a lot of paper wasp nest up underneath the deck around the back of the property that we removed all nest. Then we applied a liquid treatment up underneath the deck area to help with any stinging insects trying to make nest. Then we remove cobwebs from around the exterior of the property. Next, we placed copper mesh in a possible entry point found around the AC unit. Last we installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity every visit moving forward. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the materials to take full effect. I removed and refreshed bait to exterior bait station. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I treated the exterior perimeter of your home with a liquid residual for general pests. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported mice in the garage and wasps “bees” that got into the home last year through a crack in the front steps. There were ants there were in the home as well. We also spoke about the termite history of the home. There is none and there was no activity at all. I gave you some ant traps to place on the interior. The activity will increase before it decreases. Allow two full weeks for the activity to fully dissipate. I placed four rodent stations and in the garage to kill control with the rodent activity. I placed a large rodent station on the exterior behind the trash cans. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I visually inspected the exterior for any possible entry points. Good morning, today I completed your premium pest control service. Texted prior to my arrival and unfortunately received no response. I spoke to the tenant on the first floor. He had no concerns. I treated the basement for all general insects. I applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards. Next, I treated and inspected the exterior. No visible issues to report. I removed all visible webbing from the property and added fresh bait to exterior bait stations. No feeding found. I also applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation.
