Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I sent you a text when arrived. I started off by knocking on all tenants units. No tenant answered today. I then proceeded to focus on the exterior. No exterior issues at the moment. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. By request I inspected and replenished the rodent bait stations in the detached garage. Moderate feeding. Noticed the man door at the bottom has a gap by the threshold wide enough for mice to fit through. Recommend fixing that to keep the mice out. I then inspected and replenished all rodent bait stations inside the basement. Moderate feeding. Also replenished glue traps as well. On the exterior, both rodent bait stations had moderate to heavy feeding. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests.
