Anthony came for an initial visit 2 weeks ago for a carpenter ant problem and said if we see an uptick in activity to give them a call. After all of the rain we had, there was an increase in activity so I gave them a call and Anthony was here the next morning to take care of the problem. Very friendly and punctual!

Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is mainly ants. Upon arrival you mentioned just moving into the home so the house still needs unpacking and you didn’t wish for interior service today. I focused my treatment and inspection on the exterior. I started off inspecting the detached garage. I noticed there is an opening on the left corner of the exterior of the garage that mice can fit through. I recommend having that sealed up to keep rodent out of the garage. I uploaded a picture to your portal. Also, the side door of the garage doesn’t fully shut along for insects and rodents to fit through. I placed two rodent bait stations inside the garage to help control rodent activity. Fall is coming so the anticipation for rodent activity will pick up shortly. I applied a liquid treatment to the foundation of the garage. I then inspected the exterior of the home. Good morning. Today I completed your one time service for yellow jackets. Upon arrival your husband showed me above the front porch yellow jackets flying in and out along the eaves. I applied a liquid treatment to the entry point. I then walked the perimeter and found another ground nest on the small bush in front of the house. I applied a treatment to that nest as well. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs, and inspecting rodent bait stations. Minor activity was found, and bait was refreshed. Inspected garage for stations, but none were located at this time. Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started in the attic where I found no activity. I than inspected all plumbing voids and found no activity. I did find a gap in the bathroom I was able to stuff with copper mesh. Outside of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I than placed a rodent bait station behind the air conditioning unit. Lastly I made sure to close the back gate. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice. You also mentioned paper weapon back porch. I started off inspecting the basement in the u finished room where I saw mice droppings. I placed rodent bait stations along the sill plates. I also saw droppings in the corner of the laundry room. I placed a bait station in there as well. I then inspected the kitchen. I placed a rodent bait station under the sink in the cabinet. Also under the stove cabinet where I saw rodent droppings. In both attics I believe what you showed me is bait droppings. Unfortunately, we don’t handle bats, you would have to get ahold of wildlife. I did place a bait station in each attic to monitor for mice activity. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station behind the HVAC unit on the left side of the home.
