Good morning Brian. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is mice. I started off inspecting the kitchen. You mentioned seeing mice droppings under the kitchen sink cabinet. I placed a rodent bait station in the cabinet. I didn’t see any evidence of mice anywhere else in the kitchen. I then inspected in the basement. I didn’t see any evidence as well of mice activity or droppings at this time. I then placed rodent bait stations in both detached garages. Both garages had previous mouse droppings. I then inspected and replenished the exterior bait station by both garages. Both stations had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. Both exterior bait stations by the home were inspected. Both stations had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. I fully replenished all bait. I inspected for termites. No termite activity at this time. Noticed heavy yellow jacket activity above the front door. No other issues to report. I then inspected for termites, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitored at all 4 corners of the home, we will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I then applied a spot treatment above the front door where yellow jackets were flying in and out of. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting interior for possible rodent, or termite activity. Happy to report, no termite activity was found at this time. No mice activity was found in basement at this time, and very few droppings were found in attic. Added 3 bait stations to attic to monitor activity. Also, added 2 exterior bait stations, and 2 stations in shed where heavy activity was found today. Termite monitors were installed to corners of home to help us monitor any potential future activity. Visible spider webs were removed, and a liquid application was applied to foundation, and around doors and windows to help control carpenter ant and general pest activity. On today’s visit, I treated to the right of back door leading into the siding of house where it meets extension roof. After about 2 to 3 days, the wasps should become lethargic, 5 to 7 days activity should die down significantly, and 10 to 14 days, the nest should be neutralized.
