Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. No current interior issues. I started off inspecting the exterior. There is a lot of vegetation touching the left side and back left side of the home. Ants and rodents can use the branches to enter the home. I recommend trimming back vegetation at least 1 foot from the home. No other issues to report. The termite monitors had no activity at this time. The rodent bait stations both had no feeding at this time. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Good morning. Today o completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with carpenter ants. You mentioned carpenter ants in the master bedroom. I started off by applying a gel bait in the cracks and crevices in the master bedroom door track by the deck. I also applied gel bait in the master closet space. No other issues to report. In the basement, the existing rodent bait stations had no bait left. I refilled all stations. You mentioned not having a rodent issue. I didn’t find evidence of rodent activity at this time. On the exterior, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ant activity. I didn’t find any other issues at this time. I do recommend trimming back the vegetation touching the side of the garage. Rodents and insects can use the branches to enter the home. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs, and inspecting rodent bait stations. Minor activity was found, and bait was refreshed. Inspected garage for stations, but none were located at this time. Good morning Sean, Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors on the property. These devices will let us know if they are termites in the ground surrounding the home. Next, I inspected the exterior for any pest issues and entry points. I didn’t notice some small hives forming near at right side of the home near the siding and downspouts. I apply liquid treatment directly to these areas to help eliminate any wasp that moved through the treated area. No entry points to be concerned about however, I did see some tunneling near the deck and other areas of the foundation. I placed multiple snap traps under the deck to help catch and eliminate any rats moving through the area. I also placed a total of three large rodent bait stations in key areas surrounding the home to help eliminate any rodents by feeding. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s visit was for general pest maintenance. I started off inspecting the basement. You mentioned seeing cobwebs in the basement. I didn’t see any insect or other pest activity at this time. I placed glue boards around the perimeter of the basement to help us monitor any pest activity. The existing bait stations I inspected and replaced the existing bait. I also inspected and replenished the bait stations inside the garage. One of the stations had feeding. All bait was replenished. No other interior issues at this time. On the exterior, I’m happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I did install termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will monitor these every quarterly visit. By request, I removed all your existing exterior rodent bait stations. I added two stations on the property. One on the right corner of the home, and one at the back left corner of the home.
