Today I completed your complete pest control service. All visible cobwebs on the outside of your home were knocked down. I then applied a liquid residual application on the entire exterior of your home. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal pest activity from entering your home. I also, inspected the previous termite above ground stations and found no activity on the one in the living room, so I went ahead and removed it. The AG by the sliding door had some activity so I left if in place and we will make sure to monitor for the activity level in 30 days. As requested the front and back sentricon stations were checked the termites were feeding on the bait which is a great sign. Hello! Today I was here for your complete initial service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and a lot of inactive mud tunnels were noticed throughout the basement and living room area but live termite activity was noticed by the back slidding door inside of the enclosed patio areas but an A&G station was placed in the area to monitor and eliminate. Then I installed all 22 Termite stations around the property were need to always have active protection against Termites. Next while performing my termite inspection, I noticed you had ant activity in the crawlspace, but I placed ant gel bait in the area to help eliminate them. Next I removed all cobwebs from around the property. Last I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property as a preventative for all general pest. It was great meeting you today Evan. On todays visit, the focus was primarily on the exterior of the house. I began by inspecting the exterior for any entry points and any potential issues which could be conducive to insects. The two things I noticed were the old wood on back deck and also the lack of a rock bed/mulch bed on the back and left sides of house. Because the grass is essentially touching the house, there is a direct conducive condition for insects getting into the house due to moisture, nutrients and from rainfall. Please consider adding a rock bed to these areas to reduce conducive conditions. I applied a liquid application to exterior foundation, under deck; also ensuring to treat the cracks and crevices that you pointed out to me. I then took down any cobwebs that might be around the house. I also noticed that there are solitary bees on the lawns surrounding the house. They are harmless if you stay away and they will disappear in a couple of weeks after they are done pol
On todays visit, I inspected and treated garage and exterior. I began by inspecting termite monitors and found no activity at this time. I then replaced a damaged monitor. After this, I applied a liquid application to exterior foundation and replenished glue boards in garage; also applying a liquid application inside of garage.
