Today I completed your premium plus service started by inspecting your termite monitors. No activity to report. I did, however, replace two due to damage. Next, i knocked down all visible webbing surrounding the premises. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. Good morning Joseph, I completed your initial pest service. Started by doing a full inspection on the property, minus the interior. Remove two small wasp nest from the home. Other than that, no visible signs of pest or termite damage. I knocked down all visible webbing on the property. Then applied a liquid residual solution to the entire exterior foundation of the home, including all door trim, window trim, and cracks and crevices. I also applied the same solution to the shed. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects thats may arise. I also handed you three ant bait stations. You can place these wherever you’re seeing activity on the interior of the home. Inspected all bait stations on the property including the chicken coop, shed interior of the shed and near the generator. All the one had minimal feeding. The station on the outside of the shed had heavy feeding. I replenished all. I also knocked out all visible webbing on the property.
