Good morning, Today I completed your Premium pest Control quarterly service. I inspected the interior rodent controls. No activity on the first floor at all. There was one in a snap trap in the rear of the building. I removed it and reset it. I freshened up all bait on snap traps and in stations. The stations at the rear and in the crawl area had some activity. The exterior driveway side was minimal and the left was moderate. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. I filled one on the left where wires were going into the home with copper mesh. I replaced the bait in all the interior stations. I maintain the exterior stations the one by the garage, and the one on the back of the home had minimal to moderate activity. The other two had minimal at best. I replaced the bait in all of the exterior rodent stations. I inspected the termite monitors. They had no activity at all. I had to replace one due to the top coming off. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found.
