Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service. You reported earwigs in the basement and around the exterior also some crickets and spiders. We spoke about the termite history of the home and you believe that there was termite activity at one point before you moved in, but there is no termite activity now. I treated the basement with a liquid residual I placed a couple glue traps hidden in areas to monitor activity. I placed rodent stations in the basement up on the foundation ledge, and in the crawlspace opening. These will prevent any written activity in the home. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. Dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I filled 2 possible entry points with copper mesh. I treated the exterior with a liquid residual for earwig, spider and cricket control. you may see an increase in activity before decrees. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Today I was here for your complete initial pest control service. After an inspection of crawlspace, attic, and the exterior of home, only evidence of termites found was inactive damage in crawlspace(see pics). No other ‘activity’ or damage was found. 21 Sentricon termite baited stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will be inspected at a later date. The existing older Trelona termite stations were removed and holes filled in, as requested. Please contact our office when your addition is completed for additional stations to be installed around addition. Also a liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal pests. And a Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs found on the exterior. Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service. I replenished your exterior bait stations as needed. Little to no activity in left station. Termite monitors were inspected and no activity was seen at the time of my visit. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. Good afternoon, Today I was here for your initial pest service. On the interior I treated into the window sill of kitchen where debris was being pushed out. I didn’t see ants but most likely that’s what’s happening. I placed a few bait stations for mice where activity was found. Keep all food out of reach to help resolve this. On the exterior I sealed a few openings and placed a bait station. I installed termite monitors and applied a liquid to the exterior. Good morning, Today I completed your Premium pest Control quarterly service. I inspected the interior rodent controls. No activity on the first floor at all. There was one in a snap trap in the rear of the building. I removed it and reset it. I freshened up all bait on snap traps and in stations. The stations at the rear and in the crawl area had some activity. The exterior driveway side was minimal and the left was moderate. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. I filled one on the left where wires were going into the home with copper mesh.
