Today I completed your quarterly pest control service, i spoke with you today and let you know due to the heavy rain we will make a service call for the exterior. I then proceeded to inspect the basement (laundry room and garage) for centipedes and found some new activity. So first I treated the baseboards throughout your laundry room and common areas with a liquid residual treatment for centipedes, and I also treated the sill plate in the laundry room. Then I replaced the glue boards in the laundry room and added a couple more. Then I treated the garage with a liquid residual treatment for centipedes around the baseboards. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take full effect, any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office anytime. On today’s visit I completed your quarterly pest control service including a complete perimeter spray of your foundation, windows, doors, and other entrances of your home. I also inspected and serviced the exterior rodent bait stations and heavy activity was noted at this time. Please allow 10 to 14 days for treatment to take full effect.
