First I performed a visual inspection of all accessible and exposed interior and exterior areas and no visible signs of termite activity were observed at this time. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home and cellar. Knocked upon arrival, but no answer today. Started off by inspecting termite monitors on exterior of home. Happy to report, no activity was found. Next, rodent bait stations, and rat snaps in cellar were inspected. No new catches on snap traps at this time, and light activity was found on stations today. Reset, and refreshed snaps and stations as needed. 3 week follow up recommended to check back on snaps. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to give our office a call. Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I treated the exterior perimeter of your home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions!
Today I completed your one time pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern and treated the entire inside of the home with a liquid residual application. This will help prevent and eliminate ants as well as seasonal pest activity. I then sprayed placed ant arena stations by the front door, laundry room, bathroom, and under the living room couch. Please be advised you will see an increase in activity due to the bait allow 10-14 days to see best results. I also, knocked down all visible cobwebs on the exterior of your home. I then applied a different liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will also help with insect control.
