Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs from perimeter of home. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Spot treated top, corner of bay window where yellow jackets were flying in and out of to help control yellow jacket activity. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. I installed four termite monitors on the outside of your home. I then knocked down all the visible cobwebs. I also, applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. As promised we placed a rodent bait station on the outside of your home to help deter the rodents during the winter time. I placed ant bait stations in the kitchen to help eliminate the active ants. Be advised you will see an increase in activity allow 10-14 days to see best results. With a different liquid application I spot treated the basement, crawl space, kitchen, and both bathrooms. Lastly, I put down granular around the trees on the outside of your home to help eliminate the carpenter ants. I recommend trimming any overgrown vegetation one foot back to avoid any pest getting indoors. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. Thank y
