Keith showed up right on time at the start of the appointment window we had set, he carefully explained what he was going to do to get rid of our yellow jacket problem, how long it would take, and did a walk around the house with me to take a look at where our problem areas were. He was incredibly quick and efficient with his work, set expectations and explained what we should see over the next few days and next two weeks. Would definitely recommend Green Pest Solutions and Keith for sure because of the excellent service and competitive pricing, plus the warranty offered on the work.

On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Inspected for termites and installed 4 monitors around the house. I added 4 exterior rodent bait stations; 2 by each chicken coop in backyard and 1 on side of house by third chicken coop and 1 under back porch deck (photo attached). The rodents will feed on the bait in the stations and the population should decrease going forward. I applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of main home, as well as interior and exterior of garage/Inlaw home, and chicken coop. Started off by inspecting for termite activity, happy to report none was found at this time. Heavy rat activity seen around garage area as well as around chicken coop, visible droppings in garage, as well as visible activity of rats inside of chicken coop. Installed traps to interior of garage, garage attic, as well as inside of chicken coop to help control rat activity. Also installed rodent bait station around the outside of garage/suite, as well as around the outside of the chicken coop. Mice bait stations were also added to the interior of both the garage and chicken coop to help control mice activity as well. Turn my monitors were installed to corners of main home to help monitor any potential future activity. Today I completed your termite sentricon service. I inspected all the areas of concern including the exterior, basement, and underneath the back porch and found evidence of termite damage behind the back steps in the back porch. I installed a total of 16 termite stations on the exterior to help prevent and eliminate any activity. I made sure to put one right next to the damaged area. Please allow 90 days to see best results. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I knocked down all visible cobwebs on the outside of your home. I then put down a granular on the exterior perimeter to help eliminate crickets. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, entire inside of home, and all cracks and crevices.
