I have ants but am highly sensitive to pesticides… Green Pest listened to my concerns and accommodated them. Very happy with their service and the great tech (Angel) who did the job. He listened and was so professional and respectful . Will request him again for sure

Today I completed a premium plus pest control service. Started by inspecting your check my monitors. I’m happy to report that I found no activity in those. I treated the interior for all general insects. I applied liquid treatment to all baseboards on each level the home minus the bedrooms. Please allow 7 to 10 days the best results. Today I completed your complete pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern and found termite swarmers in the basement drop ceiling. I installed an above ground station around this area to help eliminate the termites. It seems like they are hiding behind the walls. We will monitor for the activity level in 30 days. When the weather permits we will also come back to spray the perimeter of your home for carpenter bees and insect prevention. I also, installed a total of 18 outside termite stations. Today I completed your initial Premium Plus Pest Control service. Termite Monitoring: I began by installing termite monitors around the property. These will help us detect any termite activity moving forward. Exterior Inspection & Treatment: I inspected the entire exterior perimeter of the home for signs of pest activity, outside of the carpenter bees. I observed multiple carpenter bees at the eves of the home which I treated with a liquid residual solution . Then, I applied a liquid treatment around the entire exterior perimeter to help eliminate ants and other seasonal pests as they come in contact with treated surfaces. Interior Treatment – Basement: In the basement, I observed some spider activity. I applied a liquid treatment around the entire perimeter. Next Steps: Please allow 7 to 10 days for the treatments to take full effect. We will return in 30 days to begin your regular quarterly service, which will occur every 90 days thereafter. Good afternoon, today I completed your premium pest control service. I’m knocked on the door and rang the doorbell upon arrival, but unfortunately, no one was home. I did however, treat and inspect the exterior. No visible issues to report started by removing any webbing from the property and replenishing your exterior bait stations. There was moderate feeding on both stations and I did add fresh bait. I also applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation.
