Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered. I started off inspecting the exterior. I noticed large piles of leaves on the left side and back of the house up against the foundation. This creates conducive conditions for insects and rodents. I recommend removing the leaves away from the house. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Mice caught in kitchen, as well as in downstairs bathroom. Upon inspection droppings found in kitchen, basement, attic, and garage. Installed 3 bait stations to garage, 1 in attic, 1 under kitchen sink, and an additional 4 in basement to help control activity. Sealed hole in garage under step that was leading to basement and had visible rub marks. Due to the exterior being dark I was unable to treat outside but I will be putting in a follow up to come back and complete exterior portion of service.
