First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exteriors of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. I inspected the kitchen and bathroom and the exterior of the home for any other pests. Besides the one you indicated. I removed any visible cobwebs from the exterior of the home. I applied aunt jailbait to cracks and crevices in the kitchen and bathroom for ant control. I placed three ant bait arenas in the kitchen and bathroom for ant control. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home and detached shed for general and seasonal pest control, focusing on ants and spiders. Today I completed your termite sentricon service. I installed a total of 17 stations on the outside of your home. This will help prevent and eliminate any termite activity. I also, installed an above ground station underneath the deck outback where I found termite damage. We will be back in 30 days to monitor the station.
