Completed one time service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by removing old glue boards, and adding fresh ones to cellar. Next, a liquid application was applied along baseboards throughout first floor, and cellar to help control centipede and general pest activity. Liquid application was also applied along foundation, around doors and windows, and along wooden areas of back deck where carpenter bees had visible damage. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs from perimeter of home, and inspecting rodent bait station. Bait station was found with heavy activity, and was replenished. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Today I completed your premium plus initial service. I installed 5 rodent bait stations on the outside of the chicken coop, 4 on the exterior of hunters home, 2 by the tenants home, and one by the other home. I also, applied a liquid residual application around hunters home and rental property. This will help prevent and eliminate ants as well as other seasonal pest from getting in your home. I then placed mice bait stations by both garages. I found a few entry points and addressed them with copper mesh. I recommend using insulation foam to seal these areas, this will help with rodent control. I spot treated the inside of hunters home for insect and ant prevention. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with carpenter ants and house ants. I started off inspecting the kitchen. I saw a trail of odorous house ants trailing along the sink along the counter. Heavy activity was around the cat food bowl. I applied gel bait along cracks and crevices of the kitchen. I also treated with bait along the door frame where the cat bowl is. I then placed an ant bait arena of the kitchen counter by the sink. Feel free to move that station wherever you see any activity. On the exterior, I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I applied granular bait around the perimeter for carpenter ant activity. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Applied a liquid application to perimeter of crawlspace, and inspected rodent bait stations. No rodent activity found, but stations did show slug activity so bait was refreshed as needed. Good afternoon, Today I was here for your quarterly pest services. I inspected termite monitors, they were clear. I applied a liquid to the exterior perimeter, I avoided areas where edible plants were located. I did see European hornets pealing off wood from tree however no nest was found on property. Mice getting in through hole in the floor and accessing dog closet. Inspected basement as well and no droppings were found, but droppings were found in garage. Happy to report no termite activity was found at this time. Broden bait stations were installed in both unfinished closets and basement, as well as in dog closet to help control and monitor activity. Entry point on exterior was sealed with copper mesh to help control activity. Turn my monitors were installed to each corner of home, and visible spiderwebs were removed.
