Good morning Roseann. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. You mentioned having cave crickets in your crawlspace. I started off inspecting the crawl space. I applied a granular bait in the area where cave crickets were observed. I also replaced all glue trappings as well. I added two rodent bait stations in the crawlspace due to mice activity. On the exterior I inspected the exterior bait station which had heavy feeding. I replenished all the bait. I then applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I spoke with a tenant and they stated no issues inside. I started off by inspecting the exterior. A lot of debris touching the left side of the house. Recommend having it cleaned up and away from the house. I also removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. I then inspected and replenished the exterior bait station which had heavy feeding. I applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home and detached garage. Checked in upon arrival, no interior issues at this time. Started off by removing visible spider webs, checking termite monitors and replenished all rodent bait stations in detached garage, on exterior of detached garage, and around home. All bait stations were found completely empty today. No termite activity was found, but I did replaced 2 monitors that were damaged. Next, I applied a liquid application along foundation, and around doors and windows to help maintain general pest activity. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. Then I checked and replenished the bait in the kitchen. Light activity in that station. In the front of the house I checked the bait station underneath the front porch and replenished it. Finally I applied a liquid residual treatment to the front foundation. Notice a lot of vegetation in the back yard, some of which is touching the house. This is conducive for rodents to enter the home. Recommend trimming it back at least 1 foot from the house. Next I checked the exterior bait station, bait was all gone. I replenished the bait. Finally I applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests.
