Completed service today. Inspected and serviced interior home. Started off by inspecting and servicing crawlspace. Applied a liquid application to perimeter of crawlspace, and inspected rodent bait stations. No rodent activity found, but stations did show slug activity so bait was refreshed as needed. Glue boards were also refreshed in basement at this time. Exterior portion of service will be completed on a dry day. Please allow 10 to 14 days for treatment to take full effect. Good afternoon, Today I was here for your quarterly pest services. I inspected termite monitors, they were clear. I applied a liquid to the exterior perimeter, I avoided areas where edible plants were located. I did see European hornets pealing off wood from tree however no nest was found on property. Completed service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home, basement, and garage. Started off by removing all visible spider webs from perimeter of home. Next, all rodent bait stations were inspected and serviced. All stations were found empty, and were replenished. Station was also moved to basement to help monitor and control activity. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. The exterior bait station had heavy feeding. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid application to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions.
Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior exterior of home. Started off by inspecting interior foam where mice droppings were found in dog closet and living room. Mice getting in through hole in the floor and accessing dog closet. Inspected basement as well and no droppings were found, but droppings were found in garage. Happy to report no termite activity was found at this time. Broden bait stations were installed in both unfinished closets and basement, as well as in dog closet to help control and monitor activity. Entry point on exterior was sealed with copper mesh to help control activity. Turn my monitors were installed to each corner of home, and visible spiderwebs were removed. Lastly, liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Please allow 10 to 14 days for treatment to take full effect. Visible droppings found under dishwasher, as well as under refrigerator. Also, droppings were found in basement near bay window. Installed three rodent bait stations to basement, and an additional station in kitchen under refrigerator to help monitor and control activity. Also, added an exterior station behind HVAC system to also help control activity. The termite monitors had no activity at this time. The exterior bait stations had heavy feeding. I replenished all bait. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I inspected all interior exterior bait stations and snap traps. No activity found on any of the snap traps in the basement. There was some light feeding on the bait station in the basement. I did reset all traps and added fresh bait to the bait station. I’m move some traps around to areas where activity was noticed. I recommend cleaning the feed from the basement to encourage the rodents to take our baits. On the exterior of the building. I inspected all rodent bait stations. There was light feeding on two stations. The other remaining stations had no feeding at all. I move some of these stations around to areas where there was tunneling. Anticipate once we eliminate the active food source for the rats they’ll be more inclined to take our baits. I do recommend calling the office and scheduling two week follow up reinspect the basement. After we eliminate the food source down there, we should start to see more feeding on our baits. If

After an inspection it appears the main entry point and most of the initial activity of the mice is upstairs in son’s bedroom, coming through the gaps in the floor boards. 8 bait stations were placed throughout home, (2 in sons room, 1 in master behind door, 1 in laundry room under sink, I under stove in drawer, 3 in basement on sill). 2 larger stations were placed on the exterior to monitor and control any small rodent activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and mud wasp nests on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. We will return in a week to inspect our stations for any mouse activity. Applied a liquid application along baseboards throughout entire home, as well as all closets, bathrooms, and basement to help control flea activity. Next, an aerosol was used on all areas with carpet, as well as area rugs, and bath rugs to help control flea activity.
