Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice and roaches. I started off inspecting the basement and placing rodent bait stations along the sill plate of the basement. Noticed a slight gap by the utility line entering the home. I also placed glue boards along the perimeter of the basement to monitor for insects. In the kitchen, I didn’t see any roaches. However, I placed small amount of gel bait in cracks and crevices under the kitchen counter by the dish washer where you saw them. In the powder bathroom I placed gel bait behind the sink. In the garage, noticed the garage door sweeps were damaged. Recommend replacing them. Mice can fit through the small gap. I placed rodent bait station at each corner of the garage door. On the exterior, I plugged the small gap where the utility line is entering the home behind the AC unit. I also placed a large rodent bait station near the AC unit. I removed two mud dauber nests fr
