Today I completed your one time service for ants. I inspected all the areas of concern and found evidence of ant activity in the basement of the house. I applied a liquid residual application on the area where ants were spotted. I also, placed ant bait stations to help eliminate and prevent the ants. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate the ants also. I recommend keeping all vegetation one foot back to avoid any further ants or other unwanted pest from getting in your home. All visible cobwebs were knocked down as well. On todays visit, I inspected and treated the exterior. I began by inspecting termite monitors and I am happy to report no activity at this time. I then applied a liquid application to exterior foundation and replenished exterior rodent bait station on right side of house. Light feeding in station.
