I was told I wouldn't be charged and spoke with the main and I was still charged. And I still don't see a refund back on my account

I was highly upset with my first two visits the lady performed because nothing she was doing was working and I’m paying all this money for what. But then Johnny came out for the first time at my property for a scheduled visit and he performed the most thorough inspection ever and found out that the ants were nesting in my attic the whole time!! He explained what he was going to do and what to expect and I haven’t seen a single ant since!! Please only send Johnny!! Thank you Johnny for your thoroughness.

Upon arrival, I knocked on the door twice and called the number on file but received no answer so treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests.
