Good morning Emily. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice. I spoke with tenant she mention the source is in the closet where there is a hole cut out in the wall. I observed mice droppings. I placed a rodent bait station just inside the wall. I then inspected in the kitchen. I saw mice droppings under the stove, so a bait station was placed there as well. I then looked in the pantry. Enemy stated seeing some activity in there. I placed a bait station in there as well. I recommend keeping all food in sealed bins as much as possible. In the utility room I didn’t see any droppings but the room can be a possible harborage for mice, so I placed a rodent bait station behind the hot water heater. Once the landlord fixes the hole in the wall, we will get a better picture of the progress we are making with controlling the mice activity.
