The technician doesn’t schedule for us and only sprays around the perimeter. I could easily buy spray from Lowe’s and do the exact same work. The technician should be treating the garage, basement and house for $140 per quarter. We will be finding a new pest company and no longer need your service.

Good afternoon! Today I completed your quarterly service. I replenished both exterior bait stations as needed. A new termite monitor was installed to front right where broken one was. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. Today I completed your pest initial service. Mr. reported mice in the home. We have treated the home before for mice. There were some rodent stations already in the home I added some. There’s one in each bedroom closet, one in the pantry, one behind the stove, and three in the garage. I had to replace one of the exterior rodent stations and refilled the other two exterior stations. I inspected for entry points. There was none on the exterior but the neighbor who is attached has two gaping holes on there, utility lines that run into the home. Mike could be coming from these. Today I completed your Premium pest Control initial service. Mr reported ants in the back of the home getting into the kitchen and dining area. I treated the 2 rooms with a liquid residual at the baseboards. I placed ant traps with gel on the countertop near the sink. The ants will start to come out when they discover the gel. They should come out in masses and go away overnight. Then a small re-emergence may happen about a week later. Please do not use any other substances. It may render the treatment ineffective.If you still have any activity at 2 weeks please schedule another service. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. The back of the home has ivy and some leafy debris along the foundation. Keeping the foundation free of debris and vegetation so ants cannotharbor in it or use it to gain access to the home. Today I completed a service call for mice. Mr reported mice in the attic and garage. I placed 3 rodent stations up in the attic in arms reach due to no flooring. I placed 5 in the garage by all large doors and by the entry into the home. I inspected for any entry points. I found none at this time. All of the utility and air conditioner lines are sealed nicely with caulking and putty. I placed 2 large exterior stations around the home. 1 by the garage and 1 in the air conditioner area.
