First I performed a visual inspection of your interior then I placed down four ant bait arenas with ant gel bait in them throughout the kitchen. Then I applied a liquid treatment to your interior baseboards and garage. I also checked for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the front exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Today I completed your termite sentricon service. I inspected the garage and no activity was found during my inspection, I made sure to install a station right outside of the garage door. I then installed a total of 16 termite stations on the outside of your home. This will help prevent and eliminate termite activity. Allow 90 days for best results. I completed your premium plus pest control quarterly service. I inspected the termite monitors and they had no signs of termites at this time. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general and seasonal insect control. I made sure the gate to the back yard was latched and clipped into place when I was completed. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Today I completed your pest initial service. I spoke to the customer and inspected all the areas of concern. I applied a liquid residual application around all the areas of concern as well as the basement and entire first floor. This will help eliminate the ants. I then knocked down all visible cobwebs on the outside as well as the wasp nest by the play house. I spot treated this area as requested. I then sprayed the exterior perimeter around all windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate ants as well as other seasonal pest activity. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern was mainly for bees on the exterior, our attention today was focused on the exterior perimeter. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. With our focus being up on all reachable eaves and soffits for carpenter bees and wasps. 3 small paper wasp nests that were starting on rear fence were knocked down and areas treated. As advised, we recommend painting or staining your fence, this may keep wasps and carpenter bees from nesting in and on the fence. Also 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected in future visits for any termite activity. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported carpenter ants in the tree in the front as well as shed and along the front of the home. We also spoke about the termite history of the home and it has no had any signs of termite or treatment. There wasn’t any activity either at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. Does the exterior of the home in the shed for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points or conducive conditions. No entry points were present but the leaves around the foundation are a good place for ants, termites and other pests like to harbor against the home. Cleaning them out will aid in keeping these pests at bay and make for a better treatment. I treated the exterior of the home and shed with a liquid residual for the control of seasonal insects.
