Hello! Today I completed your tri-yearly service to the exterior of your home. During today’s treatment, I inspected all bait stations and found exterior bait station to be empty. Interior bait stations were untouched. I replenished bait to exterior bait station. I also removed and replaced glueboards in garage. I treated available baseboards in basement and around basement windows with a liquid residual for general pests. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. The primary focus of today’s visit was rodents and general insects. I did a full inspection in the exterior. I filled up a possible rodent entry point near your HVAC system. I placed a large rodent bait station in that area to help eliminate the rodents by feeding. I also removed all visible webbing from the property and apply a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that move through the treated areas. On the interior, I placed multiple rodent bait stations in the basement seal plates and two stations in the unfinished areas on the ground. I also place multiple glue boards in these areas as well to have catch and monitor any insect activity moving through the area. I didn’t notice multiple spider crickets. I treated two areas on the left side of the home with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate the yellow jackets as they move through the treated areas. I was initially out to treat one area of the home, but upon completion of my inspection, I didn’t notice another hive, which I treated directly with a liquid treatment in addition to the previously requested area and the gutters. None were found at this time. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. Per your request, I gave you some ant traps for interior ants. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any ants at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. I treated the exterior with a liquid residual at the foundation for ant control.
