Today I completed your pest initial service. Customer reported seeing carpenter ants in the sunroom, bathroom, and bed room. I inspected the interior of the home and found heavy evidence of carpenter ants in the sun room. I put four ant bait arenas around the sun room with ant bait gel in them. The ants need to carry the bait back to the queen and colony so try not to kill any carpenter ants if you see them. I treated the exterior foundation, in cracks and crevices, around windows, and around doors with a liquid residual spray for general insect control. During my exterior inspection I noticed a drainage pipe leaking making a small puddle on the right side of the home. I recommend having that fixed to prevent moisture build up and pests being drawn toward your home.
