It was a pleasure to meet you today. I began your Premium Plus Pest Control Program by removing visible spider webs around the exterior, then applying a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Termite monitors were installed at each corner of the home for early detection. Treated the window sill on the right side for carpenter ants and applied granular bait adjacent to the sill. Removed a bald-faced hornet nest and treated the tree branch to prevent rebuilding. Please give it 10–14 days to see a decrease in activity. Thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions. Inside, I treated Apartments 1, 3, and 4 for roaches using gel bait, liquid residual, and monitoring traps. Moderate roach activity was found in Apartments 3 and 4, while no activity was observed in Apartment 1. I was unable to treat Apartment 2 because the lockbox is broken and could not be opened—a photo has been uploaded to your account. Please allow 10–14 days to see a decrease in activity. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with rats and mice. I spoke with your daughter she showed me where there was activity and damage from either rats or mice. I specter the bathroom, kitchen, living rooms, and bedrooms, all I saw at this time was mice droppings. I placed a rodent bait station behind the toilet in the bathroom, one behind the air frier on the kitchen counter, one behind the refrigerator, next to the stove, one by the front door, and one next to the radiator in the living room. All these locations has mice droppings. I then headed to the basement. I placed a rodent bait station by the back basement door where there is an opening at the bottom of the door. I placed one along the sill plate in the back room of the basement. I placed a bait station in both downstairs bedrooms where there was mice droppings. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. I left glue boards for you in case you decide you want to use them. They are non toxic.
