Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with rats and mice. I spoke with your daughter she showed me where there was activity and damage from either rats or mice. I specter the bathroom, kitchen, living rooms, and bedrooms, all I saw at this time was mice droppings. I placed a rodent bait station behind the toilet in the bathroom, one behind the air frier on the kitchen counter, one behind the refrigerator, next to the stove, one by the front door, and one next to the radiator in the living room. All these locations has mice droppings. I then headed to the basement. I placed a rodent bait station by the back basement door where there is an opening at the bottom of the door. I placed one along the sill plate in the back room of the basement. I placed a bait station in both downstairs bedrooms where there was mice droppings. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. I left glue boards for you in case you decide you want to use them. They are non toxic.
