Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then installed four termite monitors on the exterior. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I inspected all the areas of concern inside and spot treated the entire indoors as requested. I also, placed glue traps in the master bathroom, downstairs bathroom, and laundry room area. I noticed by the HVAC unit you had a big entry point that leads into the house I used copper mesh to seal this up. I placed a rodent bait station to help eliminate the mice you’ve noticed outback. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Started by installing your termite monitors. I did a full inspection of the exterior. No issues to report outside carpenter holes in the back awning, which I treated directly with a liquid residual solution. I also treated the entire exterior perimeter, including the paver stones near the pool. This will help control and eliminate any crawling or flying insects that may arise, including ants. I removed all visible webbing from the property as well. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. We will return in 30 days time to start your quarterly service and every 90 days after that. I inspected the basement for rodent activity and other pests and found no signs of rodent activity or nesting materials. I removed a garbage bag from the backyard that had a golf bag inside with a dormant wasp nest. I applied a liquid residual treatment in the basement for General pest control. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control, focusing on ants. I used the ant bait station in the garbage area to help eliminate the ants by feeding. Good morning Gabrielle, today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing your termite monitors. One for each corner of the home. Will inspect these on each visit. The main focus of today’s visit was carpenter ants. We removed a socket cover where you previously noticed some carpenter ant activity. I placed a granular bait directly into the socket. This will help eliminate any carpenter ants by feeding. I did not notice any active colonies. He also did not want any sort of liquid treatment on the interior. I did a full inspection of the exterior. I did find a small pile of wood at the front of the home, which had carpenter activity. I recommend getting rid of the wood pile and removing all leaf cover from the exterior foundation. The leaf cover creates perfect conditions for insects to thrive. I also recommend cutting any vegetation 1 foot away from the foundation. The vegetation will act as a bridge for Pest to enter the home. I applied a liquid
Completed initial service today. Inspected and service interior exterior home. Started off by inspecting interior for potential pest, and rodent activity. Happy to report, notes termite activity was found in basement at this time. Ronan droppings found in under kitchen sink, under stove, and basement. Sealed entry point understove, and installed rodent bait stations, under stove, under sink, and basement to help control and monitor activity. Highly recommend sealing, large hole and turn style allowing mice access under sink. Rodent bait stations were added to exterior, turn my monitors to each corner of phone to help monitor potential termite activity. Visible spiderwebs were removed, and a liquid application was applied along exterior foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity.
