After locating the exterior entry points, treated them with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate the yellow jackets as they move through the treated area. Next, I inspected the basement. I did see countless yellow jackets throughout the basement perimeter. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the interior entry point. I recommend keeping everyone out of the basement until activity subsides. I also treated your kitchen and bathrooms for ants. I applied a liquid treatment to the kitchen and bathroom perimeter and left Ant bait stations on the counters. Additionally, I applied a liquid treatment in the entire exterior foundation and removed all visible webbing from the property. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then installed four termite monitors on the exterior. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I inspected all the areas of concern inside and spot treated the entire indoors as requested. I also, placed glue traps in the master bathroom, downstairs bathroom, and laundry room area. I noticed by the HVAC unit you had a big entry point that leads into the house I used copper mesh to seal this up. I placed a rodent bait station to help eliminate the mice you’ve noticed outback. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Started by installing your termite monitors. I did a full inspection of the exterior. No issues to report outside carpenter holes in the back awning, which I treated directly with a liquid residual solution. I also treated the entire exterior perimeter, including the paver stones near the pool. This will help control and eliminate any crawling or flying insects that may arise, including ants. I removed all visible webbing from the property as well. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. We will return in 30 days time to start your quarterly service and every 90 days after that.
