I am really pleased with the service we received from Nick today. He let me know the night before what time he would be arriving this morning and was here right on time. My experience with Angel was really exceptional. He was incredibly thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable — he took the time to explain what he was doing and took extra care with where he sprayed since we have a young baby in the house. Even though the weather was particularly stormy outside, he went above and beyond to put in a wire mesh barrier into the hole where our a/c unit cables enter the house. I immediately felt at ease with Angel and that we were in great hands.

Keith was so helpful, insightful, patient, and precise. The last thing we’d expect during our stay here was sharing space with so many mice. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 2 ant traps with ant gel bait inside in areas were ants was noticed. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant trails were noticed during today's service but I applied ant gel bait to the area, also yellow jackets were noticed entering and exiting on the side of the home, but we applied a liquid treatment to the area to help eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termites every visit moving forward. No treatment was applied near any edible vegetation during today’s visit. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium complete pest control service. You mentioned carpenter ants by the tree stump. I started off inspecting the interior including the AG recruit pack. There was no termite feeding at this time. I applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards in the home for general pest control. On the exterior, there is a small bush touching right side of the home, I recommend cutting it back at least a foot. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I also applied a spot treatment to the tree stump on the front lawn for carpenter ant activity. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with flying ants. You explain on the back deck seeing flying ants. There were no current interior issues as you stated. Today I focused on the exterior. I started off by removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. I then inspected for termites. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I didn’t find any ant trails by the home, deck, or child’s play set at this time. Once the ants cross the foundation they will pick up the treatment and share it with the rest of the colony. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
