Keith was so helpful, insightful, patient, and precise. The last thing we’d expect during our stay here was sharing space with so many mice. Keith took the time to educate us and give us multiple pointers that should help with our current situation. He ensured us about the safety of the bait in regards to our kiddos which was really helpful. We really really appreciate the time he took to provide excellent service during our appointment today. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with flying ants. You explain on the back deck seeing flying ants. There were no current interior issues as you stated. Today I focused on the exterior. I started off by removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. I then inspected for termites. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I didn’t find any ant trails by the home, deck, or child’s play set at this time. Once the ants cross the foundation they will pick up the treatment and share it with the rest of the colony. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good afternoon. It was nice meeting you today. Your one time B service was completed this afternoon. After inspecting the property, I found three wasp, one and a tree and two in the eaves of the house and carpenter in the eaves of the house as well. I applied to contact treatment in aerosol form to the was in the tree behind the house and knocked it down with my B pole. I applied a non-repellent liquid residual treatment to the eaves and facia boards that had wasp activity and carpenter bee activity to help..
