We had mouse droppings throughout the house, mostly in the basement. They put strategic traps inside and outside the house, and after a little more than half a year the activity is only outside which is the goal. They also treated for other insects when needed to. They answer questions and get the job done quick and easy.

Good afternoon, Aaron! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service. Upon arrival, we spoke about seeing activity in basement that is converted into an apartment. Thank you for being prepped and ready for treatment in the basement! I applied a liquid residual to all available baseboards and into kitchen cabinets and drawers in basement for cockroaches. I also applied a gel bait to cracks and crevices around cabinets and drawers. Please refrain from using over the counter products as this may interfere with our treatment. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs and installing four termite monitors to each corner of home. Then I treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. As we spoke about, please call within the week to schedule a 2-week follow up for a time that works best for you. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. Aside from the follow up, we will be back out in 30-days for your first quarterly service.
Today I completed your premium pest control service. I inspected and treated the exterior only. No visible issues to report. I knocked down all visible webbing from the front of the home. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. I also added a fresh bait to your exterior bait station. There was minimal feeding. As requested by you I left multiple faces on the front porch. To place an areas where you feel necessary. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results.
