Hello! Today I did your one time treatment for wasps. I treated the slab next to the ac units with a liquid solution to stop wasps in their tracks. It was a pleasure to service your home today and I thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions for any and all of your pest control needs!
Today I completed your premium pest initial service. All areas of concern were inspected and treated. I placed an ant bait station by the bathroom where ants have been spotted in the bathtub. Be advised you will see an increase in activity. Do not kill the ants, allow the worker ants to take the bait back to where they are nesting to see best results. Also, do not use any over the counter products as this can affect the treatment we applied. I then spot treated the bathrooms, bedrooms, and attic. I checked the basement and found mice dripping by the unfinished parts of the basement. On the outside there is a big entry point where the mice were getting in and out. I used copper mesh to seal the hole. I highly recommend putting insulation foam overtop of this area as well as any other hole that leads into the home (please see pictures attached to portal). I then placed mice bait stations in the garage and the basement (where droppings were found and in the small closet) for prevention. I
Today, we continued your Premium Plus Pest Control Program. We began by removing visible spider webs around the exterior of the home, followed by the application of a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Additionally, we checked the termite monitors that were previously installed at each corner of the home. At this time, no termite activity was observed. Checked interior rodent bait. No activity. Inspected interior for ants. No activity only spider activity found. Treated interior for spiders in basement attic and garage. Please give it 10-14 days to see a decrease in activity. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue you mentioned is some ants in the interior. I started off inspecting the basement. The crawl space I notified some mice droppings. I placed a rodent bait station in the crawl space. I then applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards in the basement. I then applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards in the living, dining room and kitchen. In the attic, I didn’t find any issues at this time. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter and all closets in the attic. I then inspected the garage. No activity at this time. Garage door sweeps looked to be in great shape. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter. On the exterior, no issues to report. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control
