Hi Ken, it was nice meeting you this afternoon! Today I completed your one time bee service. This service is a 30-day warranty. I inspected exterior of home and saw carpenter bees ho wrong around eaves of home. I also inspected your attic per request of you and the salesman. You told me you were hearing some sort of scratching in the attic. I found no mice or stinging insect activity in attic. I treated eaves of home with a liquid residual for carpenter bee activity. Good morning Kevin, today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Started by installing four termite monitors on the property. Will inspect these on each visit. Did a full inspection of the interior. I did notice previous rodent droppings and multiple dead camel crickets. I added fresh bait to all pre-existing rodent bait stations. I also added a couple bait stations to give you optimal coverage. I used glue boards and key areas of the basement to help catch and monitor any activity moving through the area. I applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards in the home, including in the basement first and second floor. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. On the exterior, I inspected the property for possible rodnet entry points. There were none found on today’s visit. Today I completed your complete pest control service. I knocked on the door and rang the bell nobody was home. I then knocked down all the visible cobwebs on the exterior. A liquid residual application was applied to all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. Good afternoon, Sophia Today I completed your premium pest control service. I texted 45 minutes prior to my arrival and rang the doorbell upon arrival. Unfortunately, no one came to the door. I did, however, treat and inspect the exterior. No visible issues to report. Treated the home for both rodents and spiders. I started by knocking down all visible webbing from the property and applying a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation that will help control any spider activity. I also inspected and replenished both rodent bait stations on the property. There was minimal feeding on both. I did add fresh bait. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results.
