Good morning. It was a pleasure speaking with you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this morning. I inspected the interior and exterior for termite, entry points and other pests. No termite activity was detected at this time. No exterior entry points were seen. I noticed a cockroach infestation on the interior and spiders and wasps on the exterior. I applied roach gel bait to cracks and crevices and hinges of the cabinets in the kitchen for roach control. I placed several glue boards in the kitchen and bathroom to monitor roach activity. I placed roach bait stations in the bathroom and kitchen to mitigate roach activity. I applied an insect growth regulator in aerosol form to cracks and crevices in the kitchen to mitigate the roach population. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home for general pest control focusing on roaches. I inspected the interior exterior and found no visible signs of termite activity. However, I did find several exterior entry points into the home. I sealed most of the entry points with copper mesh to help mitigate rodent entry. I placed two exterior bait stations to mitigate the rodent population. I placed five interior bait stations, one in the laundry room, and four in the basement along the sale plate to control the mouse population. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
