Angel, the pest technician, was professional and understood the problem. He came in and took care of it. Spoke Spanish which was a big help to my mother. He and this pest control business comes highly recommended.

Next, I treated and inspected the exterior. No visible issues to report. No webbing to remove. Good evening. It was nice speaking with you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this evening. I inspected the exterior and the interior in the garage for any visible signs of termites rodents or any other pests. I found no signs of termite activity on the exterior. You did have a lot of wasp and carpenter be activity on the exterior. I applied gel bait and placed an ant bait station in the bathroom for ant control. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home and removed several wasp from the home and detached shed/doghouse. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, facia boards, soffits, bottoms of windows and sides of doorways of the home and detached shed/doghouse for general and seasonal pest control. Good morning sorry I missed you today. I completed part of your pest control quarterly service. I did not treat with a liquid due to inclement weather. However, I did maintain the exterior rodent stations. The one on the right side of the rear had minor activity. The one on the front had no activity. I replaced the bait in both stations. Per your request I left glue traps in a bag hung on the front door. Hello! Today I completed your service for Bees. We spoke about the ongoing bee activity around the home. I applied a liquid residual to eaves, soffits, and fascia boards where activity was seen. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern and treated for the ants with a liquid residual application around the entire inside of your home. This application helps with other insect preventative as well. All exterior windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices were also treated with a different liquid residual product. I found the areas where carpenter bees were spotted. Customer had chew marks on the outside furniture I advised her to call a wild life technician to better assist. Four termite monitors were installed on the outside of your home. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, in between eaves, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate carpenter bees as well as seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I also, used a granular that will help prevent and eliminate the ants by the walkway. No visible issues to report. I do recommend clearing some of the leaf cover from around the shed to help deter any rodents or bugs from inhabiting this area. I removed all visible webbing from the property and added fresh bait to all exterior bait stations. Minimal feeding on all except the station near the shed which you feeding.
