Good afternoon, today I completed your initial premium plus service. I started by installing your termite monitors. One for each corner the home. The monitors will tell us if they are termites on the property. Next, treated the exterior for rodents. I sealed up three possible entry points near the garage with copper mesh. I recommend going over these with a spray foam to lock it in place. Two large bait stations on the exterior perimeter. One station at the front of the home and one station at the left side near the HVAC units. This will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. I also removed all visible webbing from the exterior foundation and applied a liquid treatment as well. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. On the interior, a place three small rodent bait stations at each entry point in the garage, one station in the pantry and one station in the closet were droppings were observed.
