As I was treating the exterior I knocked down webs and performed a visual inspection. Please allow 10-14 days for the liquid treatment to take effect. It was a pleasure to service your property. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed a service call for flying stinging insect control. You reported that there was a nest on one of the umbrellas and underneath of one of the chair chairs I inspected all of that exterior furniture. I found the two that you reported +2 additional on the same umbrella that the other one was on. There was no others to report. I removed them and treated the areas. You reported rodent activity in the kitchen. I inspected and found minimal droppings. I placed rodent stations in the basement and in the kitchen. To kill control rodents. I placed a large rodent station on the exterior of the home. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. The dryer vent can possibly use a pest guard to aid in keeping the rodents from getting in through the dryer vent. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general and seasonal insect control. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started inside, where I treated the entire basement and placed 10 glue traps throughout it for sprickets. I placed 1 glue board in the pantry to monitor possible activity. On the outside of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I than placed a termite monitor on each corner of the home to monitor future termite activity. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
