First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant issues were noticed during today's service near the Ac unit but I applied ant gel bait to the area to help eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, all areas were carpenter bees was noticed and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I placed one exterior RBS near the garage per your request to monitor rodent activity. last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity every service moving forward. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. Mrs. reported wasps up in the soffits spiders and general insects in the home. Mrs did not know the history of the home for termites, but there were no signs of activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I removed 2 smaller paper wasps nests and treated the areas. I treated all of the soffits, cracks and crevices that were up by the soffits. I inspected the foundation for any possible pest entry points. None were found. A liquid residual was used to PT exterior around the foundation, windows and doors for an in general insect control. I treated the basement with a liquid residual for spider, crickets, and other general insect control. I placed glue traps in the basement to monitor and catch any activity. I treated the basement with a liquid residual for Boxelder bugs, spiders and general insect control. During the treatment I inspected for termites activity as well as possible entry points and found no termite activity at this time. There are some potential entry points on the bilco area. They can be filled with expanding foam to aid in keeping pests out of the building. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I removed two very small wasp nest and a mud wasp nest on the porch.
