Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started on the outside where I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. Lastly, I treated the Yellowjacket nest in the lamp out front directly with an instant kill and long term solution. Inside I inspected the attic and crawlspace for possible entry points and found none. In the living room I sealed 3 small holes in the windows. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. Good morning today I completed a one time B service. I inspected around the home and shed. I found the original nest that was reported in the electrical socket on the deck underneath the windows. I also found a wasp nest in front of the garage underneath a blue tarp and on the right hand side of the shed. I treated all three of them with a liquid residual. I was able to remove the one on the shed. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the activity to cease. The majority of the activity should slow down by tomorrow and you will have very little activity going forward from that. You reported cicada killers, outback mice in the basement and ants in the kitchen and kind of randomly around the home. I treated the kitchen with the ant gel bait. Mason an increase in activity before decreases. Please allow two weeks for the activity to subside. I placed rodent stations in the kitchen behind the stove and throughout the basement on the foundation sill. These were and control rodent activity. I placed a large rodent station on the exterior to deter the rodents from coming in the home. Inspected for any entry points. I did not find any at this time. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs, I treated the cicada killers behind the home with a liquid residual. Hello! Today I was here for your Complete Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and signs of termite damage was found in the garage and a tree stump near the home during today’s visit. Then I installed all 25 Termite stations around the property were need to always have active protection against Termites. Next I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire home from top to bottom along the baseboards as a preventative for all general pest. next I removed all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service.
