Good afternoon, Today I completed your premium pest plus initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior of your property. After my inspection I noticed [no activity]. I applied an interior liquid treatment to all baseboards of the interior to eliminate possible pests. Afterwards I treated the exterior with a broad spectrum liquid residual to prevent pests from entering your property. As I was treating the exterior I knocked down webs and performed a visual inspection and noticed yellow jackets inside the wall of your porch I treated the area with a liquid treatment. I also noticed possible entry points for pests, which I stuffed with a copper mesh to prevent access to them. I installed four termite monitors on each corner of your property. They will be checked every visit. Please allow 10-14 days for the liquid treatment to take effect. It was a pleasure to service your property. Completed your quarterly pest control service
Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After inspecting areas of concern, ants were indeed invading your living room and kitchen. An ant gel was applied throughout both rooms in cracks n crevices. And ant gel baited arenas were left on kitchen countertops and living room end tables. These arenas can be moved wherever ants are being seen on the interior. An ant granular bait was sprinkled around the exterior perimeter of home. Also a liquid residual application was applied around the exterior of home. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits for activity. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in ant activity. And contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
