On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. Good afternoon, Laura Today I completed your initial premium plus service. I inspected and treated the pool house only. The main house is currently under construction. After carefully inspecting the interior of the pool house I did see evidence of carpenter ants. I treated accordingly. I applied a liquid treatment to the interior of the pool house. Treated the restroom, bedrooms, sunroom, and all other areas that were accessible. I also used ant bait stations in the bathroom, where the most activity was previously seen. In the sunroom and bathroom I also placed glue boards to help catch and monitor any activity moving through the area. Next, I did a full inspection of the exterior of the pool house. I checked all neighboring trees for any carpenter ant activity. None found. However, I did fully treat the exterior perimeter. I located a possible rodent and insect entry point near your HVAC unit. Which I sealed up with copper mesh. Next, I removed all visible webbing from your gutters a
