Good morning Lewis, today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors on the property. Next, I did a full inspection of the exterior. No entry points found on today’s visit. However, I did notice multiple Ant trails at the back wall of the property and a large carpet ant infestation at the main tree in the yard near the shed. I applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation. I also used a granular bait at the base of the tree to help eliminate the carpenter ants by feeding. Additionally, I removed all visible webbing and a small hornets nest from the right side of the home. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. Today I completed your complete pest control service. I spoke to the customer there are no concerns at the moment. I then knocked down all the visible cobwebs on the outside of your home. A liquid residual application was applied around all outside windows, doorways, shed, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. As requested I inspected and replenished the MBS stations in the garage and I am happy to inform you that there was no activity. Lastly, all previous termite stations were checked and no activity was found. If anything should change please allow 10-14 days to see best results. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I started by treating all interior baseboards in the basement, first, second and third floor. I used a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate the roaches and all other seasonal insects that may arise. I also inspected all interior bait stations. Heavy feeding on all stations. I did add fresh bait to each. I also added some additional stations and key areas where the most activity was observed. Unfortunately, there are multiple entry points throughout the exterior foundation that need to be closed in order to stop the rodent activity entirely. I also treated the exterior. Where I removed all visible webbing from the perimeter and added fresh bait to all bait stations. Modern feeding on each of those. I also applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation.
