Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. During my inspection, I found one termite monitor missing and no termite activity to any of the monitors. I installed one new termite monitor to back right corner of home. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I treated the exterior perimeter of your home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions!

I inspected for webs and I also inspected your rodent bait stations which had maximum activity so I replenished it as needed both interior and exterior. Today I completed your premium pest control service for units 178 & 180. Started off with unit 178, very minimal activity seen as far as roaches and mice. I did treat with a liquid residual in kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. Roach gel was applied throughout kitchen in cabinets, and glue boards placed. The mouse station by rear door had minimal activity and it was refreshed with new bait. With unit 180, very unsanitary conditions found. A liquid residual treatment was applied throughout bathroom, living room, kitchen and roach infested utility room. A roach gel was applied in those areas as well. And glue boards were placed in utility room and kitchen cabinets. No new activity found in the 2 exterior rodent bait stations. Advised tenants in unit 180, to speed up the process of eliminating roaches and mice we recommend better sanitation practiced. The exterior was treated with a liquid application as well. Today I completed a technician follow up. I replaced the glue traps for the cockroaches to monitor and catch the activity. I treated throughout the home with a liquid residual for the cockroaches.
