Good afternoon, it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported stink bugs up in the bedroom and closet, as well as wanting control for general insect and pests. You are renting the home and do not know the termite history of the home. I treated the interior of the home including the basement, and garage with a liquid residual for insect control. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I visually inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. I treated the exterior of the home at the foundation, around windows, doors, cracks and crevices with a liquid residual for the control of stink bugs and seasonal insects. I also treated the soffits and around the windows that were on the second floor. Having the leaves blown away from the home will aid in keeping ants at bay. Ants will make colonies in the leaves and make it more difficult

Today I completed a service call. I treated the whole interior with a liquid residual for cockroach control at baseboard level. I replaced any glue traps as needed. I did not see any activity today during the treatment. Today I completed your pest initial service. Roaches and mice where the main concerns. I treated both units with a liquid residual for roach and general insect control. I placed glue traps in unit 1010 as it had between minimal and moderate activity for roaches in the kitchen. I used glue traps under the stove, and both refrigerators. I placed rodent stations in the unit as well. 1008 had no activity at all. I placed large rodent stations on the exterior to deter rodent activity from entering the building. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I treated the exterior with a liquid residual for general insect control. Inspected any entry points at this time.
