I started with the company back in February of this year, a young man by the name of Johnny came to my property and thoroughly explained what he was going to be doing and what to expect. Let me tell you something! To this day I have not seen a single roach and I'm the happiest customer in the world. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection, we did in fact find ants invading your kitchen. An ant gel was applied throughout kitchen in cracks n crevices. Also ant gel baited arenas were left on the countertops. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were placed on the corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in activity. And contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I applied a liquid residual throughout the kitchen and bathroom perimeter as well as the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting ants and other general pests. I placed ant gel bait station on your kitchen countertop and underneath the countertop targeting ants. I inspected and replenished both exterior rodent control devices which had moderate activity. Lastly, handed Mrs several glue boards to place where seeing spider activity( keep away from pets and children).Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect.
