Completed service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs, and inspecting termite monitors. Happy to report no termite activity giving was found at this time. Visible carpenter ant activity around screened in porch. Applied a granular around the perimeter to help control activity. Liquid application was also applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Avoided garden while treating today. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs from exterior, and inspecting rodent bait station. Bait station found with light activity and was replenished. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. On interior, utility room in basement was treated with a liquid application, and glue boards were refreshed. Bait station was also refreshed, and was found with minor activity. Today I completed your premium plus initial service. All visible cobwebs on the outside of your home were knocked down. I then applied a liquid residual application around the exterior foundation, windows, doorways, between the eaves where carpenter bees were spotted, and all cracks and crevices. This will help eliminate ants, carpenters bees, and other seasonal pest activity. I then installed termite monitors on the outside, we will monitor these traps. Customer mentioned he saw a few ants indoors. I spot treated the areas and left some ant bait station. I highly recommend trimming all over grown vegetation one foot back to avoid any unwanted pest inside your home. Please allow 10-14 days to see best results. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. We spoke about the termite history of the home. There was none and I found no termite activity. I placed termite monitors at the corner of the home. You reported mice in the attic in garage and general insects and ants around the home. I gave you four ant traps to place in the home wherever for ants. The answer will come out at first in masses and go away almost overnight. You’ll have a small reemergence week later and then ants should go away very quickly. If you have any ants after two weeks, please call the office for a service call. I placed rodent stations in the attic in the garage to killing control rodents. I placed two large rodent stations on the exterior to deter rodents from getting in the home.
