Completed service today. Inspected and serviced residential homes. Started off by inspecting 92 Stockton for new rad/Mike activity. Happy to report, no new activity was found at this time. Also, inspected interior of 35 Edgehill, and no new mice activity was found at this time. At 22 Ross Stevenson circle, attic access was inspected where mice droppings were found. Rodent bait stations added to attic access to help monitor activity. Will follow up on stations again next Friday to check activity. At 108 Mercer St., two rats were found on traps in kitchen, as well as in basement. Dead rodents were removed, and traps were reset as needed. at 1004 Mercer St., rodent bait stations found throughout basement, as well as garage. Removed old bait station in basement, and added six new interior bait stations between garage and basement to help monitor and control my activity. An exterior station was also behind HVAC unit on backside of home. Will also follow up on bait stations next Friday to c
On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Inspected termite monitors and no activity at this time. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations (heavy feeding). Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. Completed service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of halls, and residential homes. Started off with McKay kitchen where a liquid application was applied along baseboards throughout perimeter of first floor kitchen, as well as glue boards were added throughout to help monitor and control roach activity. Inspected exterior bait stations, and no rodent activity was found at this time. At 92 Stockton, inspected all interior snap traps and no activity was found. No sightings since Friday when we were last out. Light activity found on bait station, and dead rat was removed from the yard. At 108 Mercer, rats coming into kitchen area from gap under kitchen cabinets. Also, caught a rat in snap trap in basement. Reset trap behind mini fridge in kitchen, and removed rat and reset basement trap. Exterior stations were found with no activity at this time. Inspected rodent bait stations around maintenance building at CRW campus. Light activity was found, and bait was replenished.
Completed service today. Inspected and serviced serviced interior and exterior of property’s. Started off at 108 Mercer, where rodent snap traps, and bait stations were inspected. Small rat caught in basement at this time, but no other mice or rodents caught in basement or on traps under kitchen stove. Removed rodent, and reset and added additional trap to basement. No activity was found on exterior station at this time, but an additional exterior rodent bait station was added to left of front door since there looked as though there was signs of evidence of something trying to go under the front porch. At 92 Stockton, rodent bait stations and snap traps were also inspected. Rodent bait station found empty along front of home, and rat found inside of bait station. Rat also, found in basement on snap trap. Removed both rodents, reset and rebaited snap trap in basement, and replenished exterior bait stations. Today I completed your premium plus initial pest control service. I installed four TM1 stations total on the outside of your home. This will help us know if there are any termites on the outside of your home. I then knocked down all visible cobwebs and wasp nest on the outside of your home. All areas of concern were inspected and treated with a liquid residue application around all windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help eliminate the yellow jackets as well as prevent seasonal insects from getting indoors. Please avoid treated areas for the next 3-4 hours. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of Halls, residential homes, library, hotel and apartment units during today visit. Exterior rodent bait stations were set up, and installed around exterior of library, hotel, apartment buildings, as well as Hall buildings as needed today. In unit 201-308 on CRW Campus, baseboards were treated with a liquid application, as well as glueboard was added to help control spider activity. At building 501 outside of unit 200 yellow jackets were treated with a liquid application, flying in and out of weep hole. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Inspection was conducted at Payne Hall in unit C-2 for possible flea activity. Happy to report, none was found at this time. In Brown Hall, rodent droppings were found along radiator piping in kitchen and an interior bait station was added to area to help control mice activity. Today I completed your initial premium pest service. Treated the interior and exterior for both ants and rodents. I applied a liquid treatment to the entire kitchen, perimeter and all other entry points in the home. This will eliminate any crawling insects as they move through the treated areas. I also placed multiple ant bait stations on the kitchen counter. This will help eliminate the ants by feeding. Keep in mind you may see an uptick in activity due to the attraction of the baits. In the basement, I placed multiple rodent bait stations near the Belco doors where there was a large opening. These Stations will help eliminate rodents by feeding. Additionally, I treated the entire exterior perimeter. With a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate ants and wasp as they move through the treated areas. I also knocked down all visible webbing surrounding the home. I recommend ceiling the entry points that I showed you to help deter any rodents from moving into the home. I will
Today I completed your initial premium pest service. Upon my inspection of the exterior I saw evidence of rodents in the attached shed. A large rodent bait and this area and 2 more on the the exterior perimeter (one at the front of the home and one at the side, near bushes) I also removed all visible webbing from the exterior perimeter and applied a liquid treatment to the entire foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects, including spiders as they move through the treated areas. Next, I inspected and treated the interior. I started the basement where I placed multiple bait stations at the seal plates where the concrete meets the floor. I also placed two rodent bait stations in the crawlspace through a window in the laundry room. This will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. I found Countless droppings in a closet in the garage that leads the crawlspace. I placed a rodent bait station and snap traps in this area. I recommend replacing the weatherstripping on the garag

Heavy feeding at this time. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I also treated for an active yellow jacket nest on the bottom of the pathway step by the garage. Please avoid the area for a few days. The yellow jackets are aggressive and will sting.
