Today I completed your pest initial service. I spoke to the customer and inspected all the areas of concerns inside the home. She said she’s seen ants in the living room, hallway, and by the fire place. All these areas were treated with a liquid residual application. As requested I even sprayed the bathrooms, kitchen, and up stairs bedroom. This application will help with insect prevention. I also, treated the front and back of your home with a different application that also helps with insect prevention as well as the carpenter bees that are going in and out of the eaves and wasp. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I spoke with ms. At the door when I arrived. No current issues. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. All exterior bait stations around the home had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. I replenished all bait. The bait station outside of the shed had moderate feeding. The stations inside the shed had light feeding, all bait inside and outside of the shed were replenished. Inside the garage the one bait station in the far corner along the ledge had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. The rest of the stations had light to no feeding. All bait was replenished. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Station was found with light activity, and was replenished as needed. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Today I completed your initial service for your premium plus pest control service. I installed four termite monitors on the outside of your home. This will help us monitor for termite activity. I then inspected the inside of your home for mice activity I found mice droppings in both the basement and in the kitchen. I recommend cleaning up the droppings so we can be able to tell if there is new activity on our follow up visit. I placed 4 mice bait stations in the basement and two in the kitchen area. I also, noticed that the door strips for both the front door and back door need to be replace. Mice can use these areas to get in your home, I highly recommend replacing the door sweeps. There was overgrown vegetation on the outside as well, insects can use this to get indoors. A liquid residual application was applied to all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal pest from getting indoors. All visible cobwebs were knocked down
On today’s visit, I treated interior and exterior. I installed 4 termite monitors around the house that we inspect on visits. I then treated the exterior foundation, interior baseboards, windows and doors with a liquid application against odorless house ants. I applied ant gel bait to kitchen, chimney and some interior baseboards to provide ants with different products to go over and also to feed one and share with one another.
