Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior exterior home. Started off by inspecting interior of home for potential past, rodent, and/or termite activity. Rodent droppings found in kitchen, crawlspace, and in heating closet on first floor. Wall in crawlspace, inspected for possible termite activity or damage. Happy to report no termite activity was found at this time.installed for bait station area of crawlspace and an additional two small areas that lead underneath home. Sealed several entry points on exterior as well to control rodent activity on interior. Mice coming through natural dishwasher and bottom of the cabinet. More than likely, there is a hole behind the dishwasher that I recommend having sealed properly. Installed a rodent bait station along backside of home, as well as along front left side of home to help control activity. Today I completed your initial premium plus service. Started by installing termite monitors. These will tell us if they’re termites on the property. Next, I started by doing a full inspection of the exterior. After inspecting the exterior, I did find a possible road an entry point at your HVAC line. Which I sealed up with copper mesh. I recommend going over the mesh with a spray foam to help lock it in place. I added two large bait stations to the left and right side of the home. This will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. I also added a bait blocks to the existing rodent bait stations on the exterior providing optimal coverage. I also removed our webbing from the exterior perimeter and applied a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. On the interior, I placed multiple bait stations in key areas in the basement ( all unfinished) we’re droppings were found. Bait stations were only placed in the basement and not any other areas of the

Started by removing all visible webbing from the property and adding fresh bait to your exterior bait stations. There was moderate feeding on each. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern, found mice dropping on the kitchen area behind the stove and on the counters. I placed a MBS station behind the stove area as well as two glue traps to help eliminate the current activity. As I recommend it’s in your best interest to seal up the gas line entry point with insulation foam, as well as cleaning up the kitchen counter, and not leaving any food out. This will help us gain control to eliminating the activity. Customer said that there are no insect concerns and that no application was needed today. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. All visible cobwebs on the outside of your home were knocked down. I then applied a liquid residual application around all windows, doorways, shed, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. Termite monitors were inspected no activity was found I did replace 3 of them and installed new ones. Rodent bait station outside was checked and replenished there was heavy activity. MBS stations in the basement were also checked and replenished there was only activity on the one side. Please allow 10-14 days to see best results. I then removed two dead mouse. I also, replaced the glue trap that was next to the other snap traps. All visible cobwebs on the outside were knocked down. A liquid residual application was applied around all windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting inside. By the HVAC unit I found an entry point which I sealed up with copper mesh. I recommend to use insulation foam overtop of the area. Lastly, all TM1 stations were checked and no activity was found.
