Good afternoon, Julie Today I completed your premium pest control service. You had no interior concerns. I started by inspecting and replenishing your exterior bait station. Minimal feeding observed, however I did add fresh bait. I also applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects, including ants that may arise. As requested by you I left three ant bait stations at the front door for future use. Good morning Bethany, Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. The primary concern of today’s visit was rodents. I started by inspecting the exterior perimeter for possible entry, entry points, and any evidence of activity. I did find multiple entry entry points, which I sealed up with copper mesh. I also showed you photos of these entry points. I recommend going over my copper mesh with a spray foam to help lock it in place. I also place three large bait stations throughout the exterior perimeter to help eliminate the rodent by feeding. I also added for termite bait stations to the exterior perimeter. These will tell us if there’s any termites on the property and keep in mind they’re pesticide free. Also removed all visible webbing from the exterior perimeter. On the interior, you requested that I only pay speed stations in the basement. I placed multiple rodent bait stations throughout the perimeter of the basement at your seal plates and some in the crawlspace. Sea
Good afternoon, George Today I completed your initial premium plus service. The main concern for today’s visit were yellow jackets and hornets. I started by installing your termite monitors. Tell us if there’s any termite activity on the property. Next, I removed a large hornets nest from the tree on the right side of the home. I also removed hives from the eaves of the home and removed all visible webbing from the perimeter. Next, I treated the rest of the exterior foundation with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate any seasonal insects that move through the treated areas. I also inspected the exterior foundation for any entry points. Fortunately, I did not find any and the home is pretty well sealed up. I did however, add fresh bait to existing exterior bait stations. This will help eliminate any rodents by feeding. I also added fresh bait to your interior bait stations in the garage. I saw no signs of the pest but treated the home thoroughly. I treated two bedrooms in the home with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate any seasonal insects that move through the treated areas. I also treated the exterior foundation, including all cracks and crevices with a liquid residual solution as well. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. Good morning, today I complete your premium pest service. I texted prior to my arrival and knocked upon arrival. Unfortunately no one was home. Did however, treat and inspect the exterior. no visible pest to report although I do recommend clearing some of the leaves from the back deck to prevent future issues. Applied liquid residual solution to the exterior perimeter. This will help eliminate ants and the seasonal insects that may arise. I did not knock down any webbing as requested by you.
